We take the utmost care in bring beautiful products from Ecuador. Every now and then there will be a reason why a product may need to be returned and we are always happy to ensure that you have a good experience in that process. At the same time that process is designed to be fair to our customers and protect our business.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return and secure an exchange or refund, the shipping date must be within 30 days of the date of the proof of purchase. Please include the website proof of purchase when shipping the product to us.

If the return request is due to change of mind we will offer a partial refund. Any costs associated to the purchase such as website fees, shipping fees and packaging costs will be deducted. For avoidance of doubt, although we promote free shipping, these costs will be deducted should you choose to return the product due to change of mind. The partial refund is only applicable if the return is within the 30 days return policy period and the product is in a resalable condition.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

On Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately on sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take any responsibility if the goods are lost and not traceable.
